If we agree to work together, Ruffena Property Partners will provide a set of engagement terms which are a mixture of modest advisory and completion fees, agreed at the start and designed to fairly reflect the nature and scope of our work together:

  • A staged and modest project management fee which covers some investment readiness, structuring and advisory work, all our time, experience, campaign management and reasonable expenses.
  • We earn most of our income through charging a completion or transaction fee over moneys raised, as is normal in the sector.
  • We reserve the right to reinvest our completion fees in the opportunity at the same price as our investors pay, which also ensures our interests are aligned with you and your new investors.

We like to agree terms in principal before the selection team will consider a new client project. Ultimately, working with a business should be exciting and financially rewarding for both of us.
